OUR MISSION
Promoting Peruvian Cuisine, Empowering Communities
Peru To The World Expo is a distinguished non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to promoting Peruvian cuisine globally while making a positive impact on communities in need. Our International Fair of Gastronomic Tourism of Peru serves as a pivotal event in our efforts to showcase the rich culinary heritage of Peru in the United States.
Held annually in New York City, this fair is not only a remarkable business platform for connecting distribution companies with authentic Peruvian food products and gastronomic attractions, but it also provides an immersive experience for American diners to indulge in the diverse flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
Beyond our culinary celebration, PTWE goes beyond the plate to support communities in Peru during times of devastation and other challenges. We prioritize humanitarian efforts, lending a helping hand and offering assistance to those in need.
OUR IMPACT
Three pillars, one mission
Culinary Promotion
PTWE showcases Peruvian cuisine through our annual International Fair of Gastronomic Tourism in NYC. We connect distribution companies with authentic Peruvian products and organize seminars, investment forums, and cultural events that highlight the richness of Peru’s gastronomic heritage.
Cultural Exchange
Our events feature traditional dances, captivating music performances, and artistic expressions that transport attendees to Peru. Top Chefs receive distinguished diplomas from the office of Senator Robert Menéndez, recognizing their role as ambassadors of Peruvian gastronomy in the United States.
Humanitarian Aid
PTWE provides ongoing support to underserved communities throughout Peru. Our projects include aiding those affected by natural disasters such as the Niño Costero phenomenon in Piura, providing shelter, clean water, food, and medical assistance to families in need.
